Returns & Delivery Policy

We will REFUND IN FULL any goods purchased which are unwanted or otherwise and returned to us within 60 days.

All we ask is that the item/s received back to us are UNUSED, UNDAMAGED and in original condition.

All manufacturers tags should be in place and returns should be complete with helmet bag, manual, protective plastic on visor and any other associated parts supplied including Free gifts if it came with the order.

The items should be carefully packed in the original undamaged box or packing so that the item can easily be sold again as new.

If any of these criteria are not met, there will be either a 20% re-stocking fee or we may refuse to exchange the goods.

60 Days Return Policy does not apply to motorised goods such as Motorcycles which are covered under a specific warranty agreement.

Please note the customer is responsible for all return delivery charges unless the goods are wrongly delivered or proved to be faulty. In which case, only reasonable postage will be refunded (not Special Delivery). For your own security and peace of mind we would recommend that you use a recorded delivery service.

Evolution Motor Works Ltd does not accept responsibility for returned goods lost or damaged in transit.

RETURNS PROCESS 

On receiving your goods we will inspect the goods and process the return and email to confirm the course of action. Refunds will be made using your original payment method.

RETURNS FROM OUTSIDE OF EU

Please make sure you mark you parcel as RETURNED GOODS FOR REFUND.This will help ensure we do not get charged import duties or VAT on the returned goods. Failure to correctly mark the return package will result in the customer incurring extra VAT and import charges which will be deducted from the refund.

ALWAYS INCLUDE A COPY OF THE ORIGINAL INVOICE MARKED AS RETURNED GOODS FOR REFUND.

International & European Warranty

For warranty claims please email returns@evomotorworks.com While we will assist international customers with warranty claims, items may need to be shipped to the UK for inspection or repair. The customer will be responsible for these additional back and forth shipping charges.

DELIVERY POLICY

We take special care to examine all safety items such as helmets, visors and protective clothing to make sure there are no marks, blemishes or defects prior to being dispatched. These items will carry the Evolution Inspection Pass mark. That allows us to guarantee the quality of the goods as they leave our premises.

All orders are subject to product availability. If an item in your order is unavailable, we will ship you the part of your order that is available. When that item becomes available, we will ship you the rest of your order.

Shipping costs for your order are non-refundable and are based on the weight of the items you order and your location.

The date of delivery for your order may vary due to carrier shipping practices, delivery location, method of delivery and the quantity of items ordered, and in addition your order may be delivered in separate shipments.

Additional shipping charges may apply depending on your location and the size of your order.

You are responsible for all taxes applicable to the delivery of your order, including sales tax, value added tax, custom duties and excise duties.

If there is any damage to the items that you ordered on delivery, you must contact us within 5 days from receipt of your order.
